This new modern and luxurious office is situated in the existing complex of medical equipment developers Saegeling Medizintechnik in Heidenau, Germany. This deluxe building is situated in the middle of their existing complex and combines a functional office space with a two story entrance hall in a small land area. The curved outline of the two storey building has been designed to fits harmoniously into the existing city planning context.

This Sheldon Avenue house is located on a long plot, relatively narrow in width, within the Heath Fringes Conservation Area in Highgate, London. The project was completed in 2003 by Belsize Architects. The structure of the house is contemporary in nature, yet respects its surrounding context by integrating existing forms.

They all chose for a classical-modern row of 12 houses with allure.The result is a row of houses of modern architecture that refers to the history by using classical elements. Examples of these are the vertical direction of the façade, the strict division of windows and the elevated ground floor: the bel etage. Very special is the black en red wall oil which is used to paint the bricklaying façade with. In the past this oil was used to make canal houses water resistant. The wall oil makes the project unique, never before this painting is used for housing project in The Netherlands.

East & South orientations are exploited for views as well as passive solar orientation of the home.Evacuated tube solar water heaters efficiently provide most of the heating for the home through in-floor radiant tubing.

As we can see that all of the rooms are now in a condition of perfect painting color and lighting. This aged interior of the Old Attic House is now a brand new beautiful interior with luxurious touch. It is now a modern architecture residential building in a classical shape.
