They all chose for a classical-modern row of 12 houses with allure. The result is a row of houses of modern architecture that refers to the history by using classical elements. Examples of these are the vertical direction of the façade, the strict division of windows and the elevated ground floor: the bel etage. The original structure of the house was kept intact. The lack of important views to the city and surroundings lead us to a total redesign of the exterior to create different gardens and court yards that function as a continuation of the interior. The second level is totally solid covered with white stucco with some small openings.
