The project proposes to enhance the part neo-classical to the most recent installation of the main element of the program: the Chamber. It is made of glass and steel, materials and simple in appearance slightly, chosen to symbolize the openness and transparency in the Brussels Parliament to the company he manages. He wants to be a new expression of democracy, to afford the city and at the same time, be at literally and figuratively, the reflection of it.

The architectural goal was twofold. It was to make the best means of producing operas possible within an Italian theater while preserving the aesthetic of a monument whose configuration, constraints and history induce spatial classic. He was on the other hand, enter into the urban presence of the theater and its expansions without contradicting the forms of past or contemporary mask inputs.
