Flat #1 is a 95 square meters apartment occupying the whole of the two top floors of an 18th century building facing the Eglise Saint-Gervais and the Hôtel de Ville de Paris. These modern apartment interiors were designed by a French architecture and design studio Ecole with a strong concept of minimalism. The project encompassed a complete restructuration of the existing space and the outset of some design elements. The first floor previously consisted of a long corridor and four rooms had been mostly cut open and the guest spaces which consisted of a bedroom and a bathroom had been assembled on the same level.
