By adopting several parts of its previous interior design with its character, this small Sportswear store has paid an honor to its heritage of the space. Indeed, the project concerned about restoring several of its elements such as the floor, ornaments and handles from the previous interior design. In accordance, some of its original facade remains and are refreshed. The colors, materials and even sports books have nicely provided a Nike tone of Nike Sportswear products.

Futuristic Project called The Water Building designed by Spanish architect Orlando de Urrutia which produced a concept building design that promises to make water out of air and sunlight while housing coastal resort clientele.the design resembles a huge water drop and will employ state-of-the-art Teex Micron technology to generate pure, drinkable water from the atmosphere using solar electric power.The futuristic project combines an aesthetic design with energy-gathering photovoltaic glass, vents and equipment to work the magical feat of water-extraction and purification. It is intended to model eco-sustainability and raise environmental awareness by enveloping its guests in the water drop form.

The concept of BOND restaurant is perhaps inspired by the Bonds films around the 60’s to 70’s. The interior of this modern architecture is dominated by color spectrum ranges from black to gold to rosewood. Various lighting moods and intensities are made possible by a computer-controlled LED system, which is hidden behind the glasses. It’s almost all about color and lighting enriched interior.
