The warehouse wasn’t equipped to accommodate private offices, and the company felt that keeping the whole space climate controlled would be wasteful, so they decided to group 10 20-foot shipping containers inside the warehouse to act as offices. One benefit that has come from the new shipping container office space is a big reduction in the company’s electricity bills. The new office pods put an end to the constant climate control skirmish.

The solar powered shipping container has a floor made of recycled tires. Noiseux offers a variety of dishes featuring lobster from Îles-de-la-Madeleine. The menu is fast, fresh, and local: lobster rolls, seafood pizza and other local lobster delicacies.

The perimeter offices combine natural light with incandescent and fluorescent illumination from individually controlled luminaries. The HVAC system in each office can be individually manipulated.

This new modern and luxurious office is situated in the existing complex of medical equipment developers Saegeling Medizintechnik in Heidenau, Germany. This deluxe building is situated in the middle of their existing complex and combines a functional office space with a two story entrance hall in a small land area. The curved outline of the two storey building has been designed to fits harmoniously into the existing city planning context.
