This new modern and luxurious office is situated in the existing complex of medical equipment developers Saegeling Medizintechnik in Heidenau, Germany. This deluxe building is situated in the middle of their existing complex and combines a functional office space with a two story entrance hall in a small land area. The curved outline of the two storey building has been designed to fits harmoniously into the existing city planning context.

The architectural goal was twofold. It was to make the best means of producing operas possible within an Italian theater while preserving the aesthetic of a monument whose configuration, constraints and history induce spatial classic. He was on the other hand, enter into the urban presence of the theater and its expansions without contradicting the forms of past or contemporary mask inputs.

The program required a master bedroom with en-suite bath and walk-in closet/dressing area, a general bath and laundry room,second bedroom, home office and a large open living/dinning and kitchen area.The design proposal called for a museum quality interior with a high attention to detail and thoughtful material selection. the individual living space are defined by a series of full-height partition of different dimension and materials that run perpendicular to the 40′ wall of west facing windows along Greenwich Street.
