A Small Apartment Architecture which dominated with white color make an interior home design more elegant.French Architects Emmanuel Combarel & Dominique Marrec has decompartmentalized the place so as to fit out an open plan and elude the demand of an extra room by conceiving in the centre of the volume a suspended white cube which generates comic and disconcerting use situations.First step the plan is freed from all occurrences. The matter is to work on a 50m² appartment in which the variety of orientations, volumes make possible unusual, uncommon living situations.

The construction is very simple. Walls made of concrete, with a special texture. Covered inside with wood-concrete panels, painted white. Roof made of prefabricated concrete slabs, covered in the inside by Heraklith panels roof. In the wet areas the floor is a nonslip vinylic layer, and in the rest made of concrete paving stone. The hall: Situated in the confluence of the 3 constructions. The meeting of the 3 architectural languages and shapes creates a cenital natural illumination. It is a ver fluid space. There is a cafe-bar, a rest area, public toilets and the reception desk. Reception desk: It is a control of admittance. It divides the users of the pavilion and the rest of the center. They are driven to the changing rooms from this point. Changing rooms: They are in the ground floor of the factory building. It used to be a storage before. From the changing rooms you can exit in one side to the swimming pool area or go back to the entrance door, to the interior vestibule, to go to the sports areas.

On both, the front and the lake side, this sculptural villa shows very expressive and ornamental facades. This terrazzo plate extends gracefully from the pool bar located inside along the boathouse made of white tinted, rough jetted concrete into lake Lucerne.

The original structure of the house was kept intact. The lack of important views to the city and surroundings lead us to a total redesign of the exterior to create different gardens and court yards that function as a continuation of the interior. The second level is totally solid covered with white stucco with some small openings.

If you pick up a lounge bar straight from the catalogue and hope to reproduce it at home, it may not work. For example, if you run a sports bar, you need not place a wine cooler there. Pritzker Prize winning architect Zaha Hadid, designed this ‘car-bar’ which has set eyes rolling and countless tongues wagging. A bar should essentially have good mixing and refrigerating equipments.
