Prefab Modular Home System by Bamboo Living was co-founded by Jeffree Trudeau and LEED accredited architect David Sands, with the vision to “protect and restore our planet by pioneering with bamboo as a structural building material”. Bamboo Living offers several lines of eco-friendly, ICC-ES certified homes as well as custom bamboo home projects.

He created the first weeHouse in 2003 and since has developed a flexible system of employing modules alone or in combination with other modules or “companions” to create a spectrum of flexible, prefabricated homes.
This Sheldon Avenue house is located on a long plot, relatively narrow in width, within the Heath Fringes Conservation Area in Highgate, London. The project was completed in 2003 by Belsize Architects. The structure of the house is contemporary in nature, yet respects its surrounding context by integrating existing forms.
